Terms of Service

Article 1 — Purpose

GOLEM Six is a community platform dedicated to Rainbow Six Siege. The service offers a wiki — operators, maps, weapons, gadgets and callouts —, tips shared by the community, strategies, tier lists, a tactical plan editor, group management and the organization of game sessions. GOLEM Six is not affiliated with Ubisoft Entertainment.

These Terms of Service govern the use of the site accessible at golemsix.com.

This version of the Terms of Use came into force on October 4, 2026.

Article 2 — Access to the service

The site is freely accessible to any user with an internet connection. Browsing the home page, the wiki, tips and public strategies is open to everyone, as is creating and sharing tier lists. Publishing a tip or a strategy, voting, commenting, proposing callouts, and creating tactical plans, groups and sessions require an account. The publisher reserves the right to suspend or interrupt access for maintenance or updates.

Article 3 — Registration

Creating an account requires a username, a valid email address and a password, or signing in with Google or Discord. Users may also, if they wish, provide their Ubisoft username and gaming platform. Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and agree to provide accurate information.

Article 4 — Age requirements

The user declares they are at least 15 years old in accordance with Article 8 of the GDPR and Article 45 of the French Data Protection Act. The publisher accepts no liability for inaccurate declarations.

Article 5 — User obligations

The user agrees to:

• Not use the service for unlawful purposes
• Not attempt to access third-party accounts
• Not publish offensive content or content that violates third-party rights
• Respect Ubisoft Entertainment's intellectual property rights
• Comply with these Terms of Service
• Only publish images and videos they own the rights to or are allowed to share
• Not manipulate votes, for example by using multiple accounts

Article 6 — Intellectual property

The source code, design and features of the site are the exclusive property of the publisher. Data and graphical elements from Rainbow Six Siege are the property of Ubisoft Entertainment.

Article 7 — Content published by users

Content created by users — strategies, tactical plans, tier lists, tips and their media, comments, votes, callout proposals, messages exchanged in sessions — remains their property. Users grant the publisher a non-exclusive, free, worldwide license to host, display and distribute this content solely for the operation of the service, for as long as it is published.

Tips, public strategies, shared tier lists and comments are visible to all visitors. A shared tier list can be viewed by anyone with its link, and shared rankings feed the community statistics. Content shared in a group is only visible to its members. The publisher and administrators may remove any content that breaches these Terms of Use.

As a host of this content within the meaning of French law, the publisher does not exercise prior control over publications. Any manifestly unlawful content reported to support@golemsix.com will be promptly removed.

Article 8 — Limitation of liability

The publisher accepts no liability for service interruptions or data loss. Game information published on the site, whether it comes from the community or from third-party sources, is provided for information purposes only.

Article 9 — Account deletion

Users can delete their account at any time from their Profile page. This permanently deletes the account and the content attached to it: strategies, tactical plans, tier lists, tips, comments, votes, messages and group memberships. Sessions they organized in a group remain visible to the other members, with no link to their account.

Article 10 — Changes to the Terms of Service

The publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be informed of material changes by email or via a notification on the site. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Article 11 — Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the user is invited to contact the publisher first to find an amicable solution. Failing that, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction in accordance with the applicable rules of subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction.

Article 12 — Personal data

The processing of personal data is detailed in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.

Article 13 — Suspension and termination

The publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of a serious or repeated breach of these Terms of Service, without notice or compensation. The user concerned will be informed by email of the reasons for the decision.
