Terms of Service

Article 1 — Purpose

GOLEM Six is a community platform dedicated to the game Rainbow Six Siege. The service offers statistics tracking, strategy creation, group management and session organisation. GOLEM Six is not affiliated with Ubisoft Entertainment.

These Terms of Service govern the use of the site accessible at golemsix.com.

These Terms of Service came into force on April 11, 2026.

Article 2 — Access to the service

The site is freely accessible to any user with an internet connection. Browsing the leaderboard and the home page is unrestricted. Access to features for creating strategies, tactical plans, groups and sessions requires creating an account. The publisher reserves the right to suspend or interrupt access for maintenance or updates.

Article 3 — Registration

Use of the advanced features of the service requires creating an account. The user must provide a username, a valid email address and a password. They are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and agree to provide accurate information.

Article 4 — Age requirements

The user declares they are at least 15 years old in accordance with Article 8 of the GDPR and Article 45 of the French Data Protection Act. The publisher accepts no liability for inaccurate declarations.

Article 5 — User obligations

The user agrees to:

• Not use the service for unlawful purposes
• Not attempt to access third-party accounts
• Not publish offensive content or content that violates third-party rights
• Respect Ubisoft Entertainment's intellectual property rights
• Comply with these Terms of Service

Article 6 — Intellectual property

The source code, design and features of the site are the exclusive property of the publisher. Data and graphical elements from Rainbow Six Siege are the property of Ubisoft Entertainment.

Article 7 — Groups and user content

Groups allow content to be shared within a team. Content created by users remains their sole property. The user grants the publisher a non-exclusive, royalty-free and worldwide licence to host, display and distribute their content solely for the operation of the service.

As a host of this content within the meaning of French law, the publisher does not exercise prior control over publications. Any manifestly unlawful content reported to support@golemsix.com will be promptly removed.

Article 8 — Limitation of liability

The publisher accepts no liability for service interruptions, data loss or inaccurate statistics. Game data comes from third-party sources and is provided for informational purposes only.

Article 9 — Account deletion

The user may delete their account at any time from their Profile section. This action results in the permanent and irreversible deletion of their associated personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.

Article 10 — Changes to the Terms of Service

The publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be informed of material changes by email or via a notification on the site. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Article 11 — Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the user is invited to contact the publisher first to find an amicable solution. Failing that, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction in accordance with the applicable rules of subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction.

Article 12 — Personal data

The processing of personal data is detailed in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.

Article 13 — Suspension and termination

The publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of a serious or repeated breach of these Terms of Service, without notice or compensation. The user concerned will be informed by email of the reasons for the decision.
